Thank you for shopping with Cookara! We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Local (Uganda): 2–5 business days
East Africa: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cookara3@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
